Premier Parking Location – $89. Don’t miss this incredible Southern California Tribute to The Cars. The Cars were inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2018. The powerful performance at Live Aid is still deemed one of the highlights of the legendary event. They had 18 Top 40 hits, including the #1 single “Drive” in 1984.

The Cars were, and still are, considered pioneers of new wave music. Groundbreaking sound, songwriting and the unique vocals of Ric Ocasek and Benjamin Orr, amazing synth wizardry of Greg Hawkes, and master of Elliot Easton’s guitar work, perfect time of David Robinson on drums, made The Cars a legendary band.įormed in 2010 as Drive, the band was renamed Moving In Stereo in 2014 to capture the ambiance of the “Fast Times” era of the 80’s. They faithfully reproduce the late 70’s/early 80’s music that originated in Boston and swept through the US and Europe. Moving In Stereo is a Southern California-based tribute playing the music of the iconic American Rock / New wave band The Cars. This edition of Fast Times at Ridgemont High comes included with a 5.1 surround sound audio track, which, as noted in the release’s booklet, was created almost twenty years ago in 2004 by the Universal Studios Sound Department.
